Delivery policy

Have you found a Baymia-Mode item that you really must have? That's great!

Now choose your colour and/or size and click on "add to cart".
Of course you can continue shopping, you can always go back to your shopping basket by clicking on the "shopping basket icon" at the top right.
Please note that items in the basket do not mean that they are reserved.

Have you finished shopping? Then it's time to finalise your order. Click on the "shopping basket icon" at the top right to go to your Baymia-Mode items. On the next screen you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then click on the "Proceed to checkout" button. This will take you to the checkout page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

Please note: Once you have finalised your order, you can no longer make any changes, as your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

 

1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Baymia-Mode takes care of the shipping costs. So you do not pay any shipping costs.


* However, you will have to pay shipping costs to return your item.

2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link to which you will receive via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Baymia-Mode strives for fast delivery of products. If you place an order before 3pm on weekdays, we aim to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 7 - 15 working days.

4. I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will wait 7 days for you at a location. You will be notified of this by the driver, who will also indicate the pick-up location. After these 7 days, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and delivery, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect delivery address.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PARCEL
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Should it be the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address - but you still have not received your order - please report this to us, 14 days after the stated delivery date an investigation will be initiated by the sender, we will keep you informed of this until the investigation is complete.
