Exchanges & returns

If you have received the wrong goods or if the goods you have received are incorrect, please email Info@Baymia-mode.com to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange goods that appear to have been used, opened or are not in their original condition.


Requesting a return

- Download, print and fill in the return form if you do not already have one.
- Request the return form using the form below.
- Email the return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@baymia-mode.com
- Once you have authorised your return, make sure it is well packaged and meets all the conditions below.
- Mark "Return" clearly on the outer packaging of the parcel.
- Use an insured tracking service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
- Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to Baymiamode@gmail.com

Conditions and guidelines for returns:

- All returned goods must be unused, unopened and with original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
- Please ensure that all returned goods are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the post.
- Please ensure that all return packages are sent using a traceable, insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transport.
- Make sure the return form is authorised - without authorisation, your return may not be processed.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Enter your order number, your email address and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the goods together with the completed returns form to the address on
on the returns form. Make sure you provide the parcel with a Track and Trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings to occur.

Step 3: Receive the purchase price in your bank account
Once we've received the parcel, we'll make sure the purchase price is
back to your bank account within five working days.
